Title: Centralization of Tutoring Services

Using the culture of evidence, data was reviewed for the most failed and repeated course at the institution. The results indicated high failure in: Mathematics, English composition, Science courses, History and all developmental courses. A semblance of tuoring was offered throughout the college, however, there were inconsistencies with the delivery of these services.  Therefore, a model to develop and correct these inconsistencies was developed. With this new model a traacking system will be implemented that will allow the institution to use predictive analytics to allocae services and assess the effeciveness of this model on student success.
