Resource and Support Center

In the past Century offered students a food pantry, a resource fair, and a doctor one day a week on campus.  Through the work of the Century and Community Work Group and Equity Committee a formal space was designated as Century's Resource and Support Center (RSC).  The RSC empowers Century students via work study dollars who serve as mirrors and guides for other students.  Century's Resource and Support Center, provides connections with community resources to help students succeed both in and outside of the classroom. Current resources include:

  • A Food Pantry for food assistance
  • Assistance with healthcare enrollment
  • Assistance with budgeting, debt management, etc.
  • Energy Assistance applications to help pay heating bills
  • SNAP enrollment assistance
  • Assistance with applying for scholarships
  • Referrals to Century counselors and outside social service agencies

Since opening in January 2016, approximately 200 students have utilized the above services.
