Talisha Rogers is the Office Operations Assistant for Achieving the Dream, Inc. In this role, Talisha manages office operations including facility coordination, technology repair, upgrade requests, review and approve requisitions as well as maintain and monitor all office equipment and supplies to ensure quality fulfillment. In addition, Talisha works closely with the Salesforce team to update and maintain ATD contacts in the Salesforce database.
Talisha joined Achieving the Dream as an Administrative/IT intern in the Year-Up Program. The Year-Up Program is a one-year, intensive program that provides low-income young adults, ages 18-24, with professional skill development, college credits, and internships to excel in their careers.
Prior to joining Achieving the Dream, Talisha served as an early childhood development teacher’s assistant where she helped children study and observed their creativity while ensuring proper teaching methods to assist with the growth and development of each child. Previously, she served as an administrative intern at the DC Superior Court in Washington, DC.
Educational Background: Talisha is currently a student at the University of the District of Columbia in Washington, DC pursuing her degree in Computer Science. Talisha also holds a technical training certificate for information technology.
