Kelli Bryant is Executive Assistant to the President and CEO at Achieving the Dream. She has responsibility for building and managing the President & CEO’s calendar, travel and correspondence, to ensure the efficient operation of the office as well as the effectiveness of the President in maximizing ATD’s reach into the field. In this role, she supports the President & CEO’s leadership and management agenda, including closely working with ATD leadership team members, and collecting and preparing briefing materials and documents for meetings and events, and serves as Assistant to the Achieving the Dream Board of Directors.
Kelli brings years of non-profit leadership experience and a combination of strong project management, writing and editing, research, and administrative support experience to ATD. Prior to joining the ATD team, she was Executive Assistant to the President at the National Breast Cancer Coalition. Prior to that, she was Special Assistant to the Chief of Staff in the Superintendent's Office in the Alexandria City Public Schools. She also served as the Special Assistant to the CEO at HandsOn Greater D.C. Cares, as the Associate Director of Planning and Human Services Infrastructure at the Community Action Agency of New Haven, Inc. (CT), and as an assistant in the Office of Economic and Resource Development at Long Beach City College.
Kelli holds an M.A. from the University of New Haven and a B.A. from Michigan State University.
