Why “professional learning”?
You may already be familiar with terms like professional development or faculty development. We use professional learning because we recognize that faculty and staff don’t need to be “developed” and we know that the most effective educators are committed to lifelong learning.
A decade of research demonstrates that high-impact professional learning makes a difference. When professionals are equipped to gain new techniques and learn from each other, they are better positioned to advance equity and build student success, at scale.
