A purpose-driven and result-oriented leader, Ms. Osiel’s career path can be summarized in ten words: developing talent, leading change, transforming culture, and making a difference. Ms. Osiel has twenty years of HR leadership experience in leading large-scale initiatives for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion with leading organizations across various industries (Energy, Financial Services, Retail & Consumer) with proven results. The National Diversity Council recognized her as a DEI Champion Awardee at its 2021 National Diversity & Leadership Conference.
Her most recent significant professional accomplishments include developing BP’s global DEI strategy to support its growth strategy and business transformation by focusing on equity and linking DEI to its sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) efforts. Other notable achievements include implementing Exelon’s enterprise-wide inclusive leadership model and integrating D&I into talent strategy for sustainable impact, in addition to managing the Financial Services Pipeline Initiative, a collaborative of leading financial services firms developing a collective long-term human capital business strategy for increasing the representation of diverse talent in Chicagoland. She was responsible for the global McDonald’s DE&I curriculum enabling its signature Global Women Initiatives to increase female representation at senior leadership levels.
Ms. Osiel has a strong passion for community engagement and enjoys giving back through her volunteer work with non-profit organizations.
