Pauline Roberts is the Controller for Achieving the Dream. Pauline is responsible for managing the daily financial operations of ATD and reports to the Chief Financial Officer. Pauline works with the Finance and Accounting team to maintain the accounting records and internal controls in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Pauline is a CPA who has spent her entire career working with various not-for-profit organizations. She has worked with educational institutions, associations, and various other organizations supported through multiple funding sources, such as membership dues, meetings and conferences, professional publications, federal grants and contracts, private grants, contributions, and other sources of funds. Pauline is an expert in accounting and reporting for not-for-profit organizations.

How has education changed your life/your family?
My parents came to the USA to give their children greater opportunities than what they had available when they were young. They always encouraged education, and their sacrifice in leaving their home country and their families allowed for greater possibilities for me and my siblings than would have been possible in their home country. I truly appreciate their encouragement and strong support for education, and for helping me become the woman I am today.
