About Olympic College
At Olympic College, we embrace our mission as a community college that bridges access and opportunity, with high expectations and support for our students. Our efforts garnered national attention when we were named a finalist for the 2015 Aspen Prize, the preeminent recognition of high achievement and performance among America's community colleges. We serve a diverse student body of nearly 12,000 annually and employ approximately 1,000 talented faculty and staff members at campuses in Bremerton, Poulsbo and Shelton, Washington. We are home to the second largest military-connected student body of any college or university in the state with 2,500 veterans, active-duty and dependents. Our students pursue short-term certificates and technical degrees that prepare them for good-paying jobs in growing fields. They earn associate degrees that transfer to 4-year universities, or earn their bachelor - s degree locally in one of four programs offered by Olympic College. University partners, co-located on our campuses, provide increased access to bachelor degrees and beyond in a variety of fields that meet the needs of industries in our area.
