Kamonjoh

Christopher Kamonjoh is the associate director of operations at Achieving the Dream. In this role, Christopher works in a cross-functional capacity to direct contract approvals and assist with complex contracts and grant proposals. In addition, Christopher also helps govern corporate liability insurance programs and organization facilities, supports research efforts that bolster ATD strategic goals, and provides support for execution of special organization projects and events. 

Christopher strongly believes in the power of data aggregation and data-based insights in an operational environment, which aligns with Achieving the Dream’s status as a nonprofit leader in evidence-based institutional improvement and reform. Prior to joining ATD, he was the business development project manager for a rare disease biotech nonprofit organization. In this role, Christopher helped restructure and rebuild the business development team in addition to executing market research and development strategies to aid in the acceleration of medical device and gene therapy collaboration opportunities. He conducted organization capacity assessments, analyzed relevant emerging technologies in addition to managing and supporting contractual negotiations, which helped onboard new AI-enhanced genomic alliances and medical device collaborations. Prior to this, Christopher was a microbiology (cervical cancer) researcher at Georgetown University’s Medical Center for a number of years.
