We provide professional guidance and support from ATD coaches to help in-Network colleges reach their student success goals. These coaching services typically involve a structured and collaborative process in which the coach works with the college to identify specific objectives, develop action plans, and provide ongoing feedback, encouragement, and accountability. We offer flexible coaching formats that include virtual, in-person, or hybrid sessions. Coaching is offered as a benefit to ATD Network institutions only, as it is intentionally designed to build upon learnings and opportunities identified during prior engagements.
Learn about how ATD’s coaching works in practice at Network institutions such as Hudson County Community College (HCCC). ATD’s coaches used their experience in data and institutional leadership as they worked with HCCC leadership, faculty, and staff on their strategic planning. These decisions enabled the college to connect the Hudson Scholars program to the college’s greater student success action plan.
