Cindy Lopez is an experienced educator, administrator, and higher education reform program leader who has led complex transformational change initiatives. She is skilled in using metrics, developing tools, leveraging research, creating trusting partnerships, promoting equity, engaging stakeholders, facilitating learning events, and working effectively across organizations to achieve institutional goals. She has ample experience working with Minority-Serving Institutions and rural colleges, including Tribal Colleges and Universities, and is fluent in both Spanish and English. She works with college reform leadership teams and college boards.
