Dr. Chris Tokpah is the associate vice president for institutional effectiveness at Delaware County Community College in Pennsylvania, a position he has held since 2011. In this role, he oversees the Office of Institutional Research, the Office of Assessment, and the Institutional Review Board. An adjunct professor in the doctoral program at Delaware Valley University, Dr. Tokpah has served as an international consultant on projects sponsored by the World Bank, the African Development Bank, and the United States Agency for International Development. He is passionate about student success and the role data plays in continuous improvement.
