Dr. Lenore P.
Rodicio

A native of Miami, Florida, Dr. Lenore Rodicio is a distinguished higher education leader with over two decades of experience in institutional transformation, academic innovation, and student success. She currently serves as an evaluation partner for Transformation Initiatives, funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation; a senior fellow at the Aspen Institute College Excellence Program; a senior fellow for Postsecondary Systems Change & Governance; and a strategy coach with Achieving the Dream. Additionally, Dr. Rodicio is a Complete College America Fellow. 

Previously, Dr. Rodicio held multiple senior leadership roles at Miami Dade College, including executive vice president and provost. During her tenure, she spearheaded nationally recognized efforts in student success, guided pathways, developmental education reform, and workforce development. Her work has consistently centered on promoting equity in education and improving outcomes for underserved student populations. 

Dr. Rodicio’s contributions have been recognized through numerous awards, including the 2021 Association for General and Liberal Studies Award for National Leadership in Education and the 2020 Hispanic Leadership Award in Education from the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. She was also named a Miami Herald Influencer and one of South Florida’s Influential Businesswomen. 

Outside her professional endeavors, she has been married for over 25 years, is the proud mother of five children, and is an avid baker.
