How has education changed your life/your family?
Growing up, my parents were strong advocates of education. My mom was a librarian, and my dad was a community college professor. I would have never envisioned myself as working in higher ed; however, I was provided an opportunity to work at a university as an instructional technologist and have continued serving in postsecondary education since then. Along with my dad, I worked with many amazing instructors who inspired me to complete a master’s degree and then earn my doctorate.
