Nagthall

A recognized leader in business and higher education, Dr. Natalie V. Nagthall is the founder and principal consultant for N2V Consulting, Inc., a boutique global consulting firm that provides equity-centered strategic and professional development solutions. She also works for the Foundation for California Community Colleges as a guided pathways associate regional director, coaching community colleges in the Los Angeles, Orange County, and South Central regions. Dr. Nagthall’s specialties includes professional development, innovative pedagogies including culturally relevant instruction, anti-racist and trauma-informed education, curriculum design, and workshop development. In addition, she is an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology as well as Coastline College. Dr. Nagthall has been a featured guest lecturer and panel moderator at various colleges and universities throughout Southern California.  

The Brooklyn, New York native earned a BS in Marketing and Logistics/Transportation from the University of Maryland, College Park and an MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. In addition, Dr. Nagthall received her Ed.D. in Organizational Change and Leadership at the University of Southern California, Rossier School of Education.  

Dr. Nagthall resides in Southern California and during her free time she enjoys traveling, binge-watching shows, cooking, entertaining, and learning Italian.
