He holds an MBA in Finance and Management and brings a strong background in Accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, reconciliations, and financial operations.
Before joining Achieving the Dream, Mohammad worked with organizations including Palladium and the World Resources Institute, where he supported complex financial operations, managed multi million-dollar project budgets, strengthened financial processes, and collaborated with teams across different countries and departments.
Throughout his career, Mohammad has developed a passion for problem-solving, continuous learning, and helping organizations make informed financial decisions. He believes that behind every financial report and number is an opportunity to support a larger mission and make a meaningful difference.
