Phillip Subia serves as finance manager at Achieving the Dream. He brings 16 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, grants administration, and financial analysis across nonprofit and public-sector organizations. Prior to joining ATD, Phillip held financial and budget leadership roles with Church World Service, the State Compensation Insurance Fund, and the Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training. Throughout his career, he has managed complex budgets and grant portfolios, developed forecasts and financial reports, and improved financial processes. Phillip enjoys partnering with program leaders to help them understand their finances and make informed decisions that support their goals and the organization’s mission.
