Talisha Rogers is the IT specialist at Achieving the Dream. In this role, Talisha is primarily responsible for implementing and managing Achieving the Dream’s (ATD) infrastructure and desk-side support services. She works with business areas to consistently ensure the integrity and stability of core infrastructure systems.
Talisha joined Achieving the Dream as an administrative intern in the Year-Up Program. The Year-Up Program is a one-year, intensive program that provides low-income young adults, ages 18-24, with professional skill development, college credits, and internships to excel in their careers.
Prior to joining Achieving the Dream, Talisha served as an early childhood development teacher’s assistant where she helped children study and observed their creativity while ensuring proper teaching methods to assist with the growth and development of each child. Previously, she served as an administrative intern at the D.C. Superior Court in Washington, D.C.
