ATD’s 2022 Rural Communities Institute is a highly interactive event designed to prepare colleges to increase equitable student and workforce success, particularly in the digital economy.
By attending, you will gain an understanding of digital skills and their importance to economic mobility. Topics covered include community workforce partnerships, the use of program review to ensure digital skills are embedded in programs and across general education learning outcomes, and strategies for preparing adult learners with digital skills.
Participants will return to campus with tools that will help their college identify gaps in connecting students to the workforce.
