Inventory on Equity and Diversity

The inventory is a tool to promote dialogue about the degree to which colleges and universities are culturally sensitive and committed to equity in outcomes for all students. The inventory can be used to stimulate discussion about the underlying reasons for different success rates among different student populations (as shown in disaggregated student outcome data) and to spark conversations about how all students can receive the support they need to be successful.
