About Central Maine Community College
Central Maine Community College is part of the Maine Community College System. The college's lakeside campus is located just outside the vibrant twin cities of Auburn & Lewiston. Approximately 3,000 students are enrolled in the college, in addition an estimated 2,000 area residents participate in conferences, courses and programs offered through the college's Corporate and Community Services Division. Each year more than 500 students graduate with an associate's degree, certificate, or diploma. The college also offers educational opportunities for both transfer to baccalaureate programs and career preparation. By graduation, students are expected to have a set of core competencies that will enable them to be qualified and productive members of the workforce and to continue their education throughout their lives.
