About Little Big Horn College

Little Big Horn College is a public two-year community college chartered by the Crow Tribe of Indians. The College is located in the town of Crow Agency, Montana Baaxawuaashe', the capital of the Crow Indian Reservation in south central Montana. The majority of the students enrolled are members of the Crow Tribe of Indians.

The Crow Tribe of Indians chartered little Big Horn College in January of 1980. The College began providing higher education and vocational training in 1981. College enrollment averages over 300 students per term. LBHC graduates are employed on and around the Crow Reservation in a variety of positions including teachers' aids, computer technicians, office managers and administrative assistants. Those that have completed bachelor's degrees are pursuing professions in education, social work, human services, science, nursing, technology, accounting and business.
