Texarkana College is a publicly supported, two-year, comprehensive community college that offers educational opportunities in traditional academic studies, occupational/technical programs, and workforce development and community services. Texarkana College sits on a 90 acre campus and includes a two acre nature reserve and outdoor classroom. Texarkana College is in Texarkana, Texas. Texarkana is a city located about half way between the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, and Little Rock, the state capital of Arkansas. Texarkana is a twin city, with about 35,000 people on the Texas side, and 30,000 on the Arkansas side. The city is full of rich history and unique characteristics and of course, plenty of southern hospitality.
