Anastasiya Bugayenko is a services management specialist at Achieving the Dream. In this role she helps to coordinate, track, and maintain data integrity projects that keep systems and processes up to date, increasing efficiency and end-user experience. In 2004, she started her career with the Bilingual Education: Training for All Teachers program at McDaniel College. She joined Johns Hopkins University in 2006, where she worked with HIPAA Compliance and Grateful Patients Program analytics teams. While at Hopkins, in 2019, her passion for equitable education led her to take up a part-time job as a foreign language translator for a public school system in Maryland. She remained with educational institutions until early 2020, when force majeure introduced her to a completely new industry of forensic engineering at RCG. As a new team member at ATD, she is happy to be back on track! Outside of work she continues to pursue her passions for art, art history and fashion design.
