My dad was born in Duluth, MN and my mom was born in Cleveland, OH, and it was their dedication to their education and their desire to succeed that gave me the opportunity to go to some of the best schools — schools that filled my brain with knowledge, my heart with philanthropy, and my soul with a desire for equality in all things for all people.
