Charmaine Thompson has been in the accounting field for over 20 years, working in various industries within publicly traded, private, and not-for-profit companies. She believes in giving her best every day, remembering with compassion that her best may be different, while extending this same philosophy to others. In her free time, Charmaine loves to go to the beach, volunteer in the Black community, and spend quality time with her family and friends.

How has education changed your life/your family?
The first college courses Charmaine took were through Hudson Valley Community College while in her latter years of high school. This allowed her to accelerate her entrance into the accounting field before graduating with her BBA in finance.
