Chris McLeod is the executive director of marketing and communications at Achieving the Dream. He is responsible for raising ATD’s visibility through the execution of an integrated marketing and communications strategy to promote, enhance, and protect the organization’s brand.
Chris started his marketing career in advertising at Omnicom Group Inc., where he worked for multiple agencies managing accounts and leading cross-functional teams across global advertising, marketing analytics, brand strategy, and digital marketing. After Omnicom, Chris worked as an account director at ENC Strategy, a government marketing firm where he provided strategic thought leadership to senior agency leaders within the SBA, DoD, and USDA while managing a team of graphic designers and web developers to create and deliver marketing assets targeted towards specific government audiences. Most recently he was the communications liaison for the Office of NextGen at the Federal Aviation Administration where he managed and executed communication strategies for the agency.
In his spare time, Chris is a proud member of the National Stuttering Association and regularly volunteers in the community with his fraternity Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. He is a native of the Bronx, New York.
