Dr. Rachel Jessica Daniel is the founding director of the Center for Employee Enrichment and Development at Massasoit Community College. Dr. Daniel is a thought leader and institutional influencer who creates professional learning opportunities focusing on equitable practices’ mindful integration. While an associate professor of English at Massasoit, Dr. Daniel developed and taught interdisciplinary and co-curricular courses. As an administrator, she has worked as an assistant residence director and a dean of English at an early college. Dr. Daniel is a co-founder and president of the Bay State Chapter of the National Council on Black American Affairs. She is also co-editor of It’s Our Movement Now: Black Women and the 1977 National Women’s Conference.
