Ondrus

Coach

As a social psychologist, certified executive coach, and first-generation college student, Dr. Ondrus has dedicated herself to improving student success and driving organizational effectiveness. Her experience spans three higher education sectors and focuses on collaborative strategic planning, institutional effectiveness, and serving as a trusted partner to leaders as they engage with their boards, campus communities, and external partners.
