Dr. Wendi Dew brings more than 20 years of higher education experience to her role as a leadership and teaching and learning coach at ATD. She currently serves as the assistant vice president of academic affairs at Valencia College in Orlando, Florida.
Wendi began her career as a part-time faculty member and later tenured faculty member, before moving into progressive leadership roles in academic affairs. Wendi’s work has focused on building institutional capacity in teaching and learning, leading large-scale, strategic change initiatives to advance student outcomes, high impact faculty development, guided pathways, learning assessment, and program improvement across two-year associate of arts and career technical education programs.
