Kara DePaul serves as a coach for the ATD Building Capacity for Change program. She is currently the director of academic professional development at Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland, Ohio. She is passionate about creating interactive experiences that bring faculty and administrators together to continuously learn, develop, connect, and reflect. She supports faculty professional development by facilitating new faculty onboarding, training, conferences, and professional learning circles. She specializes in planning large-scale virtual and in-person conferences and events. Kara holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), is a Certified Meeting Planner (CMP), and teaches business administration courses.
