Temi Coker is the IT business analyst for Achieving the Dream. Temi has experience in Salesforce CPQ, gathering new functionality requirements, conducting gap and data analyses, maintaining process documentation, troubleshooting, coding, testing, debugging, maintaining 3rd-party integrations and implementing new processes and software. She is also a certified scrum master with Agile software development methodologies.
Temi had been working as a contractor in the federal government sector and expressed an interest in working in the private, non-profit sector and interest in our work as a community college graduate.
