How It Works

This seminar series equips mid-level community college leaders with essential tools, strategies, and networks to drive student-centered change and to foster belonging and empowerment. Over nine months, you’ll engage in synchronous and asynchronous modules, virtual workshops, in-person retreats, and peer collaboration. We’ll focus on building leadership skills, supporting data-driven decisionmaking, and developing effective partnerships. You will develop a robust framework for implementing continuous improvement strategies that align with your institution’s goals. You’ll also earn a Credly badge upon completion, recognizing your commitment to professional growth and impactful leadership.
