How it Works
The ICAT With Capacity Café is a two-part service that provides institutions a detailed self-assessment as well as an all-college workshop where insights gleaned from the assessment are then used to guide discussion and inform recommendations. The Institutional Capacity Assessment Tool (ICAT) measures the development of seven essential capacities required to plan, design, and implement bold, holistic, and sustainable institutional change in promotion of student success and a student- and community-focused culture. After an institution completes the ICAT, ATD’s expert coaches facilitate a comprehensive workshop (Capacity Café) to summarize and discuss results and ways to turn awareness into action.
