How It Works
Designed for participation by multiple colleges, this series offers eight two-hour virtual seminar sessions, held over three to five months, with professional development coaches. The sessions combine campus-focused self-assessment and strategic planning activities with cross-campus support. Each college team receives four additional hours of virtual coaching.
