Postsecondary Data Partnership (PDP) Accelerator Onboarding Course

The PDP Accelerator Onboarding Course is designed to support college teams that are new to the Postsecondary Data Partnership. Participants will connect with colleagues and mentors and complete a comprehensive PDP data submission to maximize dashboard functionality and utility for helping colleges advance student success. The course content is available virtually for participants to access when it best suits their schedule and is supplemented with live sessions for real-time engagement with PDP experts. Since 2021, ATD has offered a PDP Onboarding Course dedicated to helping institutions develop and submit their data files to the Clearinghouse to populate the PDP dashboards. Redesigned: Postsecondary Data Partnership (PDP) Data Discovery & Decision Support

The PDP Data Discovery & Decision Support Course teaches participants to use the PDP to ask critical questions, use intersectional data to explore previously unanswerable questions, identify institutional performance gaps, assess progress toward closing those gaps, and inform institutional decision-making. Redesigned for 2025, the course structure provides a foundation for participants to build their expertise with the dashboards from the group up and to translate insights gained in the dashboards into storytelling and sensemaking activities that advance the usage of the tool at their institutions. Participants will interact with colleagues and mentors and collaboratively navigate the ever-growing demands for better data to inform better decisions and advance the use of asset-based language. Offered virtually, the course enables participants to access the content when it suits their schedule. Additional live sessions are offered for real-time engagement, expert insights, live chatting, and Q&A. A summary of these live sessions will be available for those unable to attend them. In addition, an on demand Ask the Expert option will be available for individual questions.
